FICCI YFLO Delhi in Collaboration with M3M Foundation Unveils a Premier Skill Academy in Noida

New Delhi, July 15, 2024 – The Young FICCI Ladies Organization (YFLO) Delhi, in partnership with M3M Foundation and the National Institute for Educational & Development (NIED), inaugurated the Skill Academy in Sector 49, Noida today. This academy aims to transform youth skilling and empowerment by offering advanced programs to enhance employability and foster personal growth. In its first year, the academy plans to train over 400 young adults.

Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson of YFLO Delhi, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “The launch of Skill Academy underscores our commitment to equipping youth with essential skills for professional and personal development. We aim to train around 1,000 youth in 2024, with a focus on empowering women. YFLO members will also mentor young entrepreneurs, providing guidance for their success. These efforts aim to nurture a new generation of skilled individuals who can contribute meaningfully to their communities.”

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Dr. Payal Kanodia and Dr. Aishwarya Mahajan, Managing Trustee & President of M3M Foundation, alongside dignitaries and community leaders. Core committee members of YFLO Delhi, Ms. Neha Joshi Jain, Ms. Rashi Anand, and Ms. Divya Poddar Arya, also pledged their commitment to the program.

Dr. Aishwarya Mahajan emphasized the transformative impact of the initiative, stating, “Skill Academy embodies innovation and empowerment, essential for nurturing future leaders and change-makers.”

Skill Academy aims to be a central hub for skill development, offering specialized courses in technology, entrepreneurship, and vocational training aligned with industry demands. The collaboration between YFLO Delhi and M3M Foundation aims to bridge the gap between education and employment, empowering youth to excel and contribute significantly to society.
