Samunnati secures INR 42.5 Crore in equity funding from Agri-Biz Capital Delaware LLC, bringing its total Pre-Series E equity raised to INR 381 Crore.

Chennai/New Delhi, India – May 27, 2025 Samunnati, a pioneering agri-enterprise dedicated to empowering agricultural value chains, has successfully raised INR 42.5 Crore in Series E equity funding from Agri-Biz Capital Delaware LLC. This investment marks the first equity infusion for the financial year 2025–26, bringing the total Pre-Series E equity raised to over INR 381 crore.

This strategic investment significantly reinforces Samunnati’s capital base, further enhancing the financial strength of the Samunnati Group. Agri-Biz Capital Delaware LLC, a long-term partner of Samunnati, joins an esteemed group of investors—including Nuveen, Accel, Elevar Equity, Equitane, and responsAbility—who continue to support Samunnati’s distinctive model and promising growth trajectory.

The latest funding underscores strong investor confidence in Samunnati’s integrated approach, which seamlessly blends financial services, market linkages, and advisory support to drive value creation for smallholder farmers, farmer collectives, and agri-enterprises across India.
