Tech-first Multimodal Freight Platform LinkedLogi Onboards 500+ Providers, Disrupting India’s Traditional Freight Industry

From road to rail, air to ocean, LinkedLogi is delivering multimodal logistics solutions for F&B, automotive, and construction clients through its unified tech-first platform.

New Delhi, June 30, 2025LinkedLogi, a tech-first multimodal freight platform, is driving a wave of digital transformation in India’s largely manual logistics industry. In a sector where over 85% of freight transactions still rely on phone calls, paperwork, and manual coordination, LinkedLogi has introduced a unified digital freight operating system aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and cost-effectiveness.

Founded in February 2025, the company has already onboarded over 500 verified logistics providers. It enables end-to-end freight movement across road, rail, air, ocean, and warehousing through a single integrated interface. According to the company, the platform can help businesses reduce logistics costs by up to 30% through automation, load consolidation, and optimized routing.

“While the U.S. has been developing digital freight platforms for over a decade, India remained dependent on legacy systems,” said Raj Somani, Founder and CEO of LinkedLogi. “Post-COVID, with a younger workforce and growing demand for digitization, we saw the need to build a modern solution that brings India’s logistics infrastructure up to global standards.”

Somani noted that India’s logistics costs currently stand at 13–14% of GDP—nearly double that of developed economies—and that much of this is due to inefficiencies and a lack of unified systems. “LinkedLogi is tackling this head-on by creating a platform that works across different transport modes and business scales,” he added.

Serving Enterprises and Mid-Sized Businesses
The company operates under two primary models. The first is a Logistics-as-a-Service (LaaS) offering for enterprises managing multimodal freight operations across domestic and cross-border lanes. The second is a Consolidator Model for businesses shipping over 50 kilograms, which supports road, rail, air, and ocean freight.

These services are being used across sectors including food and beverage, automotive, construction, and chemicals. Key platform features include real-time tracking, digital documentation, rate comparison, and centralized RFQ (Request for Quotation) management.

Expansion into Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities
While the platform’s current operations are focused on metro areas and industrial corridors, LinkedLogi plans to expand into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities such as Gandhidham, Coimbatore, Bhiwandi, and Siliguri. This expansion aligns with the Indian government’s infrastructure initiatives such as the National Logistics Policy (NLP), the Gati Shakti Mission, and the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC).

Upcoming Capabilities
LinkedLogi is also investing in new technology features, including:

  • Agentic AI for logistics decision-making
  • AI-based customs clearance and compliance tools
  • IoT integrations for real-time asset visibility
  • Advanced telematics for predictive fleet tracking

The company’s goal is to offer a scalable, tech-driven solution that meets the needs of modern logistics operations while supporting India’s broader economic development.
