Although family expectations led him to pursue a Master’s in Computer Applications from a UPTU‑affiliated institute in Mathura, his entrepreneurial spirit remained strong. After working as a Business Analyst for leading startups and software firms, Pulkit chose to follow his true calling.
In 2015, he co‑founded a food startup with his college junior, Simranjeet Singh, and by 2019, the duo launched CYK Hospitalities. Their vision was clear: to provide comprehensive HoReCa consulting services under one roof. Today, CYK offers expertise in brand expansion strategies, concept development, SOP building, digital marketing, brand promotions, franchise model creation, and more. The company has successfully supported restaurants, QSR chains, cloud kitchens, and food brands across India.
