Conceived by Dr. Ravishankar Gundlapalli, Founder & CEO of MentorCloud, the movement was inspired by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s vision for Viksit Bharat @ 2047 and formally launched on January 12, 2025, coinciding with Swami Vivekananda’s 163rd birth anniversary and National Youth Day.

- Mentors from India and the USA across disciplines including Engineering, Technology, AI, Entrepreneurship, Consulting, Manufacturing, Public Policy, Finance, and HR delivered talks to students from 1,340 colleges across India.
- Thousands of students benefited, with 85% rating sessions as highly relevant and valuable.
- 1,482 students received certificates of attendance, strengthening their employability and interview readiness.
- Sessions covered topics such as Innovation, AI, Career Mapping, Interviewing Skills, Personal Finance, Mental Health, Smart Manufacturing, Robotics, Employability Skills, and Entrepreneurship.
