Ahmedabad | February 3, 2026: HORIBA India Private Limited, a subsidiary of the global HORIBA Group, has announced the acquisition of Pristine Deeptech Private Limited, an R&D‑driven startup specializing in lab‑grown diamond technologies for semiconductor and quantum research. With this acquisition, Pristine Deeptech becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of HORIBA, reinforcing the company’s expertise in advanced materials and strengthening its ability to deliver innovative analytical and measurement solutions.
