Academy of Human Resources Development announces itself as Knowledge Partner of Great Manager Institute

In its journey to creating a digital platform to assess, develop and certify People Managers, Great Manager Institute™ has partnered with AHRD India to enrich its base of content and learning for its users. Serving a plethora of learning modules, action planning courses and best manager practices, this platform offers a holistic and well-rounded experience to managers and HR professionals alike.

At the moment, GMI is building its library of content in-house, through a combination of its team’s expertise, experience and energy. This content is aimed at delving into each sub-theme of its proprietary Connect, Develop, Inspire© framework and cover each aspect of what makes a Great Manager.

AHRD will bring to the table not only its years of cumulated experience and expertise to the table, but will also contribute towards nurturing and developing Great People Managers. Having worked in the HR spectrum for decades now, AHRD has witnessed a variety of industry shifts and trends and  truly understands what is expected from the current scenario.
