The AIC-RNTU Foundation, a premier incubator operating under the Atal Innovation Mission and supported by NITI Aayog, is hosting an event named Demo Day – Discover Cohort 2022. This event will bring together over 15 investors and high net worth individuals from Central India to provide 14 early-stage startups with the opportunity to secure investment, as well as networking and market exposure.
The startups participating in this event represent a diverse range of sectors such as education technology, medical technology, software as a service, fast-moving consumer goods, apparel, beauty, and wellness. Some of these startups have already secured pre-seed or seed funding through government programs, angel investors, or venture capital firms. These startups have established themselves in their respective industries and are experiencing rapid growth.
Discover Cohort 2022: The Discover Cohort 2022 program was a 13-week intensive program designed to provide early-stage startups with the tools and resources they need to successfully enter the market and secure pre-seed or seed funding. The program was conducted on a hybrid model, combining online and in-person mentorship and support.
Out of over 200 applicants, 14 startups were carefully selected to participate in the program. These startups represent a diverse range of sectors, including education technology, medical technology, software as a service, fast-moving consumer goods, apparel, beauty, and wellness.
According to Mr. Ronald Fernandez, CEO of AIC-RNTU Foundation, the goal of the program is to foster a supportive ecosystem for startups and provide visionary entrepreneurs with the knowledge and resources they need to turn their ideas into successful businesses. The organization aims to provide startups with the support they need, including access to resources, opportunities, and a culture that encourages growth and development.
