12th Dec 2024, India — T-Hub, India’s leading startup incubator, has announced the selection of seven high-potential startups for its latest Semiconductor Program cohort. This initiative aims to drive innovation across key sectors, including Automotive & Electric Vehicles (EV), 5G Communication, Biomedical Devices, and Semiconductor Design. Startups were selected based on their technology readiness, scalability, team strength, and alignment with program goals to advance India’s semiconductor ecosystem.
The Semiconductor Program at AIC T-Hub has demonstrated significant success, achieving milestones such as ₹40.29 Crores in grants, ₹21.48 Crores in investments, ₹19.28 Crores in orders, 35 pilot projects, and the successful development of 4 semiconductor chips. This success underscores the program’s impact on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the semiconductor space.
The new cohort will focus on developing advanced solutions, including Analog IPs, Power Management Systems, Wireless Systems, Data Converters, and cutting-edge technologies in 5G and video analytics. The selected startups are:

- Xbattery Energy Private Limited
- SenseHealth Technologies Private Limited
- SmartKosh Technologies Pvt. Ltd
- Spintronics AI Semiconductors Pvt Ltd
- Manovega AI
- Natural AI Private Limited
Over the next six months, the program will offer mentorship from industry experts, business and technology workshops, and engagement with top semiconductor companies. Startups will also benefit from Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) Shuttle services for rapid prototyping, access to semiconductor foundries and assembly houses, and mock pitch sessions to refine their business strategies.

Industry veterans from institutions such as CITD, STMicroelectronics, and iCreate will mentor the startups on product development, go-to-market strategies, and corporate collaborations. T-Hub’s long-term vision includes establishing a Semiconductor Innovation Lab to foster R&D and collaborations, aligning with India’s ambition to lead globally in semiconductor manufacturing.
Since its inception, AIC T-Hub has incubated 205+ startups, commercialized 54+ products, facilitated 97+ pilot projects, and enabled 141+ patent applications, securing ₹69.09 Crores in investments and creating over 1200 jobs. These accomplishments reflect the program’s commitment to nurturing innovation and driving economic growth.
With this latest cohort, T-Hub continues to play a pivotal role in shaping India’s semiconductor landscape and fostering a culture of technological excellence and entrepreneurship.
