As a part of this programme, eClerx will be training 150 underserved youth on CRM (Non-voice) skill and 200 underserved youth on Analytics skill. The programme will adopt an on-campus mode of training delivery, where the NASSCOM Foundation and its training partners will work with select colleges in the target geographies to impart the training. In order to source the correct beneficiary profile, the programme will target tier II and III colleges. Training will be delivered in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) through a classroom training framework and instructor-led programme, which will equip the target beneficiaries with the SSC NASSCOM Qualification Pack for CRM Non-Voice QP 2211 and Associate Analytics QP 2101.

Apart from the technical-knowledge-related curriculum, the programme will also train beneficiaries on life skills, basics of computer literacy and functional English skills, essentials such as oral and written communication, business etiquette, problem solving, time management, customer orientation, interview skills, and other soft skills enabling them to find employment across the IT-BPM industry.

Upon successful assessment and completion, participants will also receive certificates from eClerx, NASSCOM IT-ITeS Sector Skills Council, and NASSCOM Foundation.
