Emerging Artist Khushi Khandelwal Opens Solo Exhibition ‘What’s Under My Skin?’ at AIFACS Gallery, Delhi

New Delhi | July 21, 2025 — The All India Fine Arts & Crafts Society (AIFACS) Gallery has become the canvas for a powerful new voice in contemporary art. From July 18 to July 24, rising artist Khushi Khandelwal is showcasing her debut solo exhibition, “What’s Under My Skin?”, at Gallery A, inviting audiences to explore emotion, identity, and psychological introspection through layered realism and abstraction.

A Window Into the Unspoken Far more than a traditional gallery showcase, “What’s Under My Skin?” reflects Khushi’s deeply personal dialogue with themes such as anxiety, fragility, and emotional exposure. Her body of work examines internal conflict and quiet turmoil—elements that many live with, but few articulate. Visitors are immersed in canvases that blur the boundaries of reality and concept, giving form to emotion through bold brushwork, textures, and layered narratives.

Audience Engagement & Collector Appeal Since opening, the exhibition has drawn a wide array of visitors—art aficionados, critics, students, and collectors—many of whom spend extended time contemplating each piece. Select original artworks and curated prints are available for purchase, giving attendees the opportunity to take home a piece of Khushi’s introspective narrative.

Artist Statement: “I’m overwhelmed by the warmth and connection people are showing,” said Khushi Khandelwal, speaking with guests during the exhibition’s inauguration. “Hearing strangers share their own personal stories after seeing mine on canvas—it’s the kind of vulnerability and kindness I’ll carry with me always.”

A Debut That Begins a Conversation Khushi’s exhibition doesn’t just mark a career milestone—it signals the beginning of an artistic journey driven by courage, curiosity, and deep self-expression. Her work asks viewers to pause, reflect, and consider their own inner landscapes.
