Enlight Metals Sets Industry Benchmark with 250-Hiring Drive to Accelerate National Expansion and Build AI-Led Metal Supply Network

New Delhi, 26 November 2025 – Enlight Metals Pvt. The company plans to onboard 250 professionals over the next six months, strengthening operational, commercial, and technological foundations across key regions.

This hiring drive will enable Enlight Metals to operationalize new regional offices and expand its dark-store network and data-centric supply chain systems, marking one of the most significant growth-linked recruitments in India’s steel and manufacturing sector.

The 250 planned hires will be distributed across key verticals:

• Operations & Dark Store Management – 80
• Sales & Business Development – 70
• Supply Chain & Logistics – 40
• Technology & Data – 30
• Customer Success & Quality Control – 15
• Finance, HR & Compliance – 15

Enlight Metals will establish a pan-India presence through four regional offices:

• Pune – Headquarters & Central Operations
• Mumbai/Navi Mumbai – Western Region
• Delhi NCR – Northern Region
• Bengaluru – Southern Region

Additionally, ten dark stores and service centers will be set up across major metros including Chennai and Hyderabad, bringing the company closer to its customer base, reducing turnaround time, and enhancing operational agility.

With projected revenues of:

• ₹400 crore in FY 2025–26
• ₹1,200 crore in FY 2026–27
• ₹2,000 crore in FY 2027–28
