Geetika Dayal – Director General, TiE Delhi‑NCR

Geetika Dayal is one of the most influential enablers in India’s entrepreneurial landscape, serving as the Director General of TiE Delhi‑NCR, one of the world’s most active and impactful TiE chapters. Since joining TiE in 2001, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the region’s startup ecosystem, building platforms that connect founders with mentors, investors, corporates, academia, and policymakers.

With a strong background in entrepreneurship herself, Geetika brings a practitioner’s understanding of what founders need at every stage of their journey. Over the past two decades, she has led TiE Delhi‑NCR’s evolution into a powerhouse of entrepreneurial activity, overseeing 100+ programs annually, including flagship initiatives such as TiEcon Delhi‑NCR, TiE Women, TiE Institute, and multiple sector‑focused accelerators and mentoring programs.
