SellKarDal India is a Unique C2C based startup, where you can Sell, Buy, Exchange, Auction and Rent anything like mobile, property, car, motorcycle, furniture, books, and more, and also you can advertise your services here. You will get a list of many services on Mobile Repair Shop, Mehendi, Painter, Plumber, Designer, and more. Best thing here you can do Auction/Nilam of your new or old items. The startup was launched on 16th January 2020. The founder of company is Himanshu Kumar Gupta.

Q.: What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Ans:
In contrast with the past, many websites have been launched to sell and buy your respective belongings, but something seemed to be missing from that concept. We have just tried to modify this concept by introducing new platform where we can can also exchange, rent and bid our belongings (as per our choice).

We have made a C2C based platform and have tried to resolve a major market gap in just one website “SellKarDal.com“. We have also tried to reduce fraud problems, which is the major concern for us by making it a smart and protective review system in our website.

Ans: We don’t have a huge core team, Currently there are only two members –

Q.: Tell us about the Product / Solution. How did you get your first customer? Explain how you went about the Product-Market Fit Process.

Ans: We have tried to bring all the solutions in one single platform so that the customers will not have to worry about anything and can save their time and can enjoy the facility of to exchange,rent and bid (especially the concept of auction has attracted the customers to our websites). In auction users POST ad and select auction in ads types after that post anyone can come and bid that product. This concept is unique. Once users use our platform they love it. The first customer we got for our website was from our respective home page of “SellKarDal.com” on a social site (facebook). We got 2000+ unique customer within a week after launching.

Q.: What is your USP?

Ans: The uniqueness which we have tried to bring in our website is exchange, rent and bid your respective belongings. Whereas, our competitors in the market has just brought the concept of sell and buy things, but we have introduced something different. We want to build world largest C2C platform where anyone can come and sell, buy, exchnage, rent & auction Anything at single place.

Q.: What were your assumptions when you entered the market, learning that you have? Who in your mind is your ideal customer? Do you have at least one of them signed up?

Ans: Our assumption is to create a huge C2C based platform and our ideal customer has to be the low – middle class income family, small-semi business and sensitive to low price. We are aiming to make this website a huge success. I think we now have our target audience.

Q.: What has been your biggest failure as an entrepreneur and what did you learn from it??

Ans: My first startup was failed, But a phase enters into your life where you feel you can rule over the world, but soon you realise that everyone has forgotten your existence and everything looks worthless. I failed in it but didn’t lose hope and tried to put myself up and none has created this website with some new features.

Q.: How are you pricing the Product? What is the logic behind it? What is the model you are following – Free / Freemium / Premium etc. ? Explain your thought process.

Ans: After being registered in our respective website, fifteen ads are free and after that it has its different charges. The model we tend to follow is basically “freemium” and for further subscriptions you need to pay minimum charges for it.

Ans: Being very honest, we are trying our best to find an investor for our company and it seems that our search will soon come to an end.

Ans: We are working very hard on this particular startup.

Q. : What is the big picture of your startup? Is this Product/service leading to something bigger? If so, how?

Ans: As I said before, there is no such a website, which has every sort of options to sell, buy, exchange, rent and bid your belongings. Therefore, we want to make it a huge successful site by the name “SellKarDal.com“. If anyone wants to sell, exchange and bid anything, the first name in their mind must be of our respective website “SellKarDal.com“.

Q.: Who do You Perceive as Your Competition? How do you differentiate yourself with them?

Ans: Our current competitors are Olx and Quikr, but as I said we came up with a new idea to bring all the methods of trading in our platform. Even they must be getting some ideas from us to sort every thing in one platform. We are different from them as we brought a new concept of “auction”.

Q.: What would be your goal to accomplish in the next six months? Any other information you would like to share?

Ans: We see ourselves having 10 lakhs+ users in the next six months. Our startup has been selected in Natwest Pre – Acceleration Program of United Kingdom. We want to make a huge C2C based platform and make it a successful startup story.

Q.: What message do you want to convey to fellow entrepreneurs? 

Ans:  I, myself as a founder, failed in my previous investments, but i didn’t lose my hope and tried to explore every possibility and landed with “SellKarDal.com” a new concept of trading. I want to tell my fellow entrepreneurs that keep hard working and try your best to achieve your respective goal.
