What is the problem you are trying to solve? Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem? 
One of the major reasons for starting our online portal seedbasket (Online store for home gardening products) is the non-availability of Organic Vegetables. We can get Organic Products from any supermarket but it is pretty much hard to get Organic Vegetables and Fruits. Even if, by chance you get those Organic Vegetables, you will end up paying three to four times the price to that of normal vegetables which are a huge drawback. The other thing is you will never know the authenticity of those vegetables, whether they are really Organic Vegetables or not. Then I got that idea of growing vegetables at our home which is now getting a good response from the cities and urban areas. My necessity of Organic Seeds has pushed me to start this e-commerce website. Anther reason that has fuelled me to start an e-commerce website on Online vegetable seeds, is the lack of a proper dedicated website for home gardening. Apart from providing Organic Vegetable Seeds, I have tried to incorporate all the products that are helpful for Home Gardening, which might be Vegetables Seeds flower,fruit seeds or grow bags and other gardening materials etc….

What is the uniqueness about your Startup?
Providing Desi/Non-hybrid vegetable seeds for home gardening at best price.. Shipping available across india even in rural places.

What is the revenue model? What is the logic behind it? What is the model you are following – Free / Freemium / Premium etc. ? Explain your thought process. 
Its an Ecom web portal. generates revenue for an online business and affiliate marketing.

Every one who are interested in organic vegetables/gardening by growing in their terrace or balcony or backyard of the home.

What is the big picture of your startup? Will it lead to something bigger? If so, how? 
Now a days awareness of home gardening and organic food is increasing day by day.. but there no perfect source to get required information and materials . As seed basket is addressing this, there is a big scope for this king for business in near feature.

What is the success story of your startup in your own words? 
I have started this almost 1 year back, started with 2 orders per month.. now reached up to 300 orders per month..
