About the founders
- Prashanth Bandi – He has 17+Years of Entrepreneurship Experience and moved back to India to start something interesting.
- Arvind Kolanu – He moved back with a lot of consulting and industry experience from the US and eager to make an impact.
- Koshal Yerramsetty – He has masters in Boston and moved back to focus on this.
- Rohit Yerramsetty – After masters, he had been researching and refining the technology.
What is the problem you are trying to solve?
The current scenario in our food supply chain is fraught with contradiction. Safe and free from contamination notions are oft-perceived at loggerheads with organic food owing to any regulatory/certifying authority.
At Purin Foods, we’ve worked hard to build the technology, machinery & the operations, we also setup demo machines at our store, T-hub & our office to show you how we cleanse all the foods and also have lab reports (Vimta, Firstsource, etc) on elimination of the pesticides and contaminants so consumers can see, feel and test for themselves what they are being offered. All of us and our kids need to eat healthy, get the right nutrition without any contaminants and enjoy the pure flavors and purity of our foods.

What is the uniqueness about your Startup?
Advanced Nano AOP which is a result of 3.5 years of R&D by Yentratech is a natural purifier and it helps keep nutritional values of the food materials intact. House wives handling grocery purchasing & Purchasing Managers at restaurants. The current AOP (Advanced Oxidation Technology) technology is the most effective technology used to remove contaminants from waste water. YentraTech, our parent company, has successfully written an algorithm, which uses Photolysis to replicate a photosynthesis type effect, to replicate the same purification effect that happens in the AOP, on a Nano level, making the purification process applicable to Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, and Pulses, where the contaminants are removed on molecular level, while maintaining its nutrition content.
What is the big picture of your startup? Will it lead to something bigger? If so, how?
A healthy diet is not about Instagrammed all-vegetable diet, glowing skin or a sense of well being – it’s about eating foods that keeps you fit and healthy. Most nutritionists and health gurus will concur on fundamentals of a healthy diet with doctors or scientist – the idea is to eat more protective foods and fewer harmful ones.

Our Customer Retention cost is 0 ! And we are delighted to see they are delighted after cooking our foods.
