Noida, May 30, 2025 – iMpower Academy for Skills, the Skill Center of M3M Foundation, celebrated its ‘Kaushal Dikshant’ convocation today at Noida Entrepreneurs Association, Sector 6, Noida, marking a significant milestone in youth empowerment and skill development.
During the event, certificates were awarded to trainees who successfully completed their skill training, encouraging them to embark on their journey toward self-reliance and financial independence. The program was organized in collaboration with the National Institute for Empowerment and Development (NIED) and M3M Foundation, bringing together a diverse audience of trainees, social workers, and local citizens.

The event was graced by Patparganj MLA Shri Ravindra Singh Negi, who commended M3M Foundation’s dedication to not only skill development but also character building among youth.
Additionally, Gautam Buddha Nagar MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma extended his congratulations and best wishes to the trainees through a special message, recognizing their commitment to learning and professional growth.
A Mission to Build Self-Reliance
Speaking at the convocation, Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson & Trustee of M3M Foundation, reiterated the academy’s mission:

Impact & Success Stories
Under the ‘Kaushal Sambal’ program, iMpower Academy has successfully trained 609 youth in the past year, with 463 placements across various industries. The program prioritizes inclusive employment opportunities, targeting orphans, children of construction workers, laborers, migrants, and single-parent families—without any specific educational or financial criteria.
The trainees completed skill development in key job roles, including:
- Retail Sales Associate
- Customer Service Associate
- Sewing Machine Operator
Several graduates shared their experiences and gratitude, emphasizing the academy’s transformative impact on their careers and lives.

The event also saw the presence of Dr. Aishwarya Mahajan, Managing Trustee of M3M Foundation, who thanked all dignitaries and partner organizations for their unwavering support.
