Across eight successful editions, the initiative has supported more than 65 startup founders and brought together over 250 investors and mentors.

National | July 16, 2025 — Bengaluru-based accelerator PedalStart continues to energize India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem with the successful conclusion of the 8th edition of its flagship Start-up Sprint, a high-speed, offline program designed to propel early-stage startups toward market readiness and funding.

The completely free-of-cost initiative has supported over 65 founders to date, facilitating $1.5 million in investments for four standout cohort startups, including Shoegr, InsightAI, Nuvie, and Flowwat. Hosted at the PedalStart Innovation Hub in Bengaluru, the program brings together select high-potential entrepreneurs for an immersive experience with strategic guidance, daily workshops, and deep-dive mentoring.

Each edition of the Start-up Sprint features:

  • In-person mentoring and industry-led workshops
  • Hands-on GTM execution, feedback loops, and cohort building
  • Pitch day opportunities with 250+ participating VCs, angel investors, and mentors

The program draws guidance from top industry veterans including:

Outcome-Driven Acceleration

PedalStart selects up to 10 early-stage start-ups per cohort, working closely with founders to tackle growth challenges, sharpen business strategies, and chart scalable roadmaps. Each Sprint culminates in a pitch event that allows founders to present their ventures to active investors for funding or feedback.

“We built Start-up Sprint as a launchpad to nurture India’s next wave of visionaries,” said Chintan Kalla, Core Team Member at PedalStart. “Seeing our founders raise capital and gain momentum after the Sprint is incredibly rewarding—it’s only the beginning.”
