Lucknow 16th August 2018: In order to celebrate yet another year of Freedom and to nurture a thought of a free and healthy country in mind, the team of The Piccadily Hotel, Department of Transfusion Medicine, Lucknow in association with its staff members and some members of SGPGI, Lucknow conducted a blood donation drive on 16th August 2018 in the hotel premises. The idea was to spread the feeling of good deeds and make people realize the freedom they have to save lives on earth. Certificates were also distributed.
Dr Anubha Srivastava, Dr Anurag Kumar was present with counsellor Mrs Neelam Kumari. Members and Staff of the hotel Jitendra Kumar, Ajay Awasthi, Gayatri Misra were also present. The members who donated blood were Amitesh Gaur,Anand, Mphd. Shariq, Jayant Saxena, Hemchandra etc.
Later, some of the staff members also planted trees in the hotel premises and motivated everyone for continuing these activities throughout the year.
