Q.: What is the problem you are trying to solve?
I have seen a lot of youngsters who are crazy about body building and making a good physique but they just don’t know the right way to do it. So our gym supplements make it easier to make their physique according to them and they don’t need any steroids to harm their body. The supplements I provide are made up of natural ingredients and our not having any side effects on the body if the dosage is taken accordingly.

Q.: Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem?
In today’s scenario, I believe that making a good physique has become a style statement every for youngster. To fulfill the necessary nutrition and good diet and right guidance they use steroids which have extreme side effects on their body initially so I thought of launching these natural supplements which are made of buffalo and cow milk.

Q.: Tell us about the Product / Solution. Explain how you went about the Product-Market Fit Process.
The product we are launching in the market is body building & Nutrition supplements which helps people to regain energy and build up their body. We are about to launch our product in the market and we are assured that our product is better than its competitors and fits the market as it is natural and harmless.

Q.: What is your USP?
The Unique Selling Proposition of our business is that we provide natural supplements made up of cow and buffalo milk which are harmless and doesn’t have any steroids.

Q.: What were your assumptions when you entered the market, learning that you have? Who in your mind is your ideal customer? Do you have at least one of them signed up?
My assumptions is that this market will welcome our product when it is launched, our ideal customer is all the youngsters who aspire to build body in a healthy way. We are getting the good response in the market.

Q.: What has been your biggest failure as an entrepreneur and what did you learn from it??
At some point of time I was also very fond of body building but I met with an accident which restricted me of making body. So I learned that we should never give up and also made such products which could help other build body of their choice.

Q.: How are you pricing the Product? What is the logic behind it?
The pricing of our product is kept almost sixty percent less of the MRP in the market. The logic behind this is that we have a good competition in market and pricing is the most important thing to render the competition, so keeping in mind we have kept the costing at an affordable price.

Q.: How did you get your first customer?
We are actually not in direct contact with the user , we have dealers in every state which contact gyms and fitness centers for selling of our products which creates a chain to sell over our product.

Q.: Please tell us about the investors (if any)
There are no investors, we are a self-funded startup.

Q.: Is there any interesting success story? If yes, please write about it.?
The biggest success story of Animal Booster Nutrition is that we have sponsored almost 95% Indian athletes which have set a benchmark internationally, specially the team of body builders in railways who have always won some or the other medal.

Q.: What is the big picture of your startup? Is this Product/service leading to something bigger? If so, how
We aim to create our product as the best product in the market for body building, we will get to know everything as and when we launch our product in the market

Q.: Since inception, give us a sense of the value of business done by your venture? What is the current turnover? (From Launching till date total no. of visitors on website/persons registered/enquiries and enrollment). Please explain in details:
We are launching our product and waiting for the market response.

Q.: What is the insight that you have about this market, which no one else has? Uniqueness about your Startup.
Our uniqueness is that we provide a healthy way to build body. Our insights about this market is that people today are taking steroids and unhealthy medicines which initially help to build them a strong body but then they show adverse side effects on their body afterwards.

Q.: Who do You Perceive as Your Competition? How do you differentiate yourself with them?
My competitors are all the other brands which deal in such supplements; I differentiate with them in a healthy way and guarantee my users a healthy and fit body.

Q.: What would be your goal to accomplish in the next six months?
My goal is to create a separate place for my product in the market and also lead in the industry of body building supplements since the date of their launch.

Q.: What message do you want to convey to fellow entrepreneurs?
My message is to fellow entrepreneurs specially those who deal in consumer products is that they should keep their products very healthy and are not harmful and also at a very reasonable price.
