New Delhi, March 03, 2020: TiE Delhi-NCR, one of the most vibrant chapters in the TiE global network, hosted the 1st Edition of ‘TiE Tours: Unconference on gogoBus’, a one-of-a-kind business trip that aimed to leverage an unconventional setting to create differentiated entrepreneurial value. Kicked-off from New Delhi on February 29, the unique day-long ‘unconference’ while on the bus provided an informal setup for candid conversations between entrepreneurs, investors and key members of the media about the startup ecosystem.
The first session of the tour kick-started with in-depth conversations on mobility in 2020, between Mr. Aloke Bajpai, CEO & Co-Founder – Ixigo & Mr. Tej Kapoor, Co-Executive President of Fosun RZ Capital (India & Africa). This session brought to the fore various nuances of what the future of mobility could look like, growing need for sustainable and high capacity mobility solutions, EVs as a promising segment & more. In a session moderated by Prasanto Kumar Roy, Tech Policy & Media Professional various leading names of media got together to discuss how entrepreneurs could leverage media, what new trends to watch out for and how topicality of content could set their communication apart. The insightful conversations were intermingled with fun-filled breaks, entertainment, games & a visit to the Taj Mahal adding more zest to the proceedings.
