Bengaluru, 12 November 2025 – HRS Navigation, a Bengaluru-based medtech innovator, has raised $5 million in a Pre-Series A round led by GVFL, Physis Capital, and Sathguru Catalysers, with participation from India EXIM Bank and KITVEN. MidasCap acted as the exclusive transaction advisor.

The funds will accelerate product innovation, global market expansion, and manufacturing scale-up of HRS’s next-generation surgical navigation systems.
