Raghav Himatsingka is the Co-Founder and CEO of Raising Superstars, an early childhood education startup that has impacted 500,000 families across 150+ countries. Ranked #4 in TIME’s Global EdTech list (2024) and a Shark Tank India deal winner, Raising Superstars is built on Raghav’s audacious mission: unlock the extraordinary potential in every child before the age of 6, during the brain’s most critical learning window.
When Raghav became a father, he found no product that met his standards. He spent years studying the science of early learning, resulting in the Prodigy Framework™, the world’s first structured home-based early development system for children aged 0–6.
Today, Raising Superstars runs two tracks:
- Global DIY Digital Program – zero screen time, just 5 minutes a day.
- Prodigy Pathway – India’s first AI-personalized in-home early childhood service.
Both are built on the conviction that every child is born a genius, and what happens in the first 6 years determines everything.
Raghav’s academic journey includes completing his Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech with Highest Honors in 3 years (instead of 4), followed by a Master’s from Stanford University (Class of ’08). Before Raising Superstars, he scaled businesses in logistics and family enterprise, including founding Truckola Technologies, a tech-enabled logistics company.
Since co-founding Raising Superstars in 2020 with his wife Shraddha, Raghav has led the company to a Pre-Series A raise of $2M from BLinC Invest, DPIIT recognition, and a global top 5 EdTech ranking. He is also a global speaker and panelist, host of The First 90% podcast, has 1.5 million social media followers, and was featured in an international documentary produced by Hollywood star Meg Ryan.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Raghav is an adventurer who has travelled to 60+ countries across all 7 continents, including Antarctica, Longyearbyen, and the Masai Mara. He is passionate about cinema, photography, sport, and mentoring young entrepreneurs. He lives in Mumbai with Shraddha and their children.
