With over 18 years of cross‑industry HR experience, Nupur brings deep expertise across Leadership Hiring, Talent Management, Leadership Development & Coaching, Succession Planning, Organisation Design, Change Management, and Culture Building. She has held senior HR roles at Citibank, Bharti Infratel, Apollo Tyres, SAR Group, and BC Jindal Group, where she played a pivotal role in shaping high‑performance, scalable organisations.

Recognised for her strategic, intuitive, and people‑centric approach, Nupur is known for designing HR frameworks that align seamlessly with business goals and long‑term transformation agendas.
