Please tell us about the founders
I (Vigneshwaran T.) am Universal Achievers Book of Record Holder for Creating 153 Web Application Developed in 10 Hrs by an Individual, Founder and CEO of Nandha Infotech.
As a first graduate from my family, I have surfed through rough tides to attain a position of laureate in this field of technologies. To me growing is to explore out of the box ideas, in any field and to present them even to the remote minds. Even though technology has almost edged its limits in terms of implementation. I have taken this as my mutter of success, as a budding entrepreneur with six-plus years of experience in programming and development. Soon after finishing my graduation, I applied myself to a position where I have learned a lot.

What is the problem you are trying to solve? Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem?
The problem is ignorance of knowledge by the young students society and this will be a bigger problem in the foreseeable future if the same is left with same kind of ignorance. I started realizing this during the initial days of my work, where everyone knows what they’re up to but doesn’t know how to approach it. I myself has faced this issue.
What challenges did you face when you were starting out?
Initially when I started, there were so many things running on my mind. Like, how am I going to adapt myself to the competitive market? My mind was innovative and I wanted a platform for everyone to have that same platform. Later on, when I came to know that this can be only be sorted out by means of in-depth exposure, I started taking deep dive into that. Since the company was invested with month to month pay cheques lack of money was a difficulty. I made sure I planned but since there was no team to help me out and help decide on each and every step we took along and the fact I was not able to find a right person to get along to work. Initially it was a difficult period.
My mentor Ms. Vidya Nambirajan, CEO, Paramount Auto Bay Services, and Founder, Nambirajan Foundation Automobile Academy, Hyderabad helped me a lot in the initial stages and till date stands as a pillar to me every step.
How did you get the initial capital? What returns does it have? Tell us about the investors (if any)
The money earned by working part-time in tours and travels, and also being a part of an event management company as a freelancer, my role was to organize the event. The investment is based on my month to month pay cheque from my previous work. There are no investors and I’m the sole proprietor for this company.
Please tell us about the Product / Solution. Explain how you went about the Product-Market Fit Process.
- Edu-Care: Is a web-based application which helps you to reduce man power with hassle free management along with better statistical projection.
- Life care CRM: Flexible complete management for clinics, diagnostic center, medical institute and the best possible resource (Manpower) optimization. Nursing program is one of the challenging and complicated project constructed in PHP. This project focuses on grouping the entire nursing community under a single roof and also incorporates many more functionalities like integrating the existing databases with our app, social plug-in and functional integrations related to social networking.
- Agri-Assist: Agri-Assist is one of our Indian projects, which is used to predict the crop and water level without spending money, data, information management and financial solution.
- My car online: Paramount M is a pursuit to perfection founded MycarOnline.in. Mycaronline.in is a revolution in the automobile field. Along with this, we have The Cars, which is given to car re-seller companies around the world. It’s a very common platform to maintain customer relationship management, human resource management, data and information management, financial solution.
What were your assumptions when you entered the market, learning that you have?
I realised that the market is wide and felt no one were concentrating on the rural areas in development and training and it was completely wrong. In and around India, there are millions of company`s target based on urban areas so I have learned that I have to compete with them in every possible way. So decided to make sure that we don’t bargain in our quality of work and made sure everyone understands the basics of the technology and their end uses clearly, and also I personally showcased the skills and expertise to get more customers with the motivation to achieve the world Record which is affiliated by universal achievers book of records.
What is the insight that you have about this market, which no one else has? Uniqueness about your Startup.
Everyone’s idea is to provide technology training but some don’t possess the strategic drive about how it can be done.but We are sailing towards a real change in knowledge sharing by grooming their minds right towards their path by laying the ups and downs in the road flat. We provide the 100 % practical training that makes our training more effective than others. In development part we didn’t follow the foot prints of others, we do competitive analysis for each and every thing we development and provide the best solution for the customer. Simply in which way we are unique means – we make technology simple.
What is the strength of the startup and the scale of operations? Who do You Perceive as Your Competition?
Training individuals to get rid of the old pattern of technical syllabus and taking them towards the much-upgraded version of a technology, this is in terms of their thought process, because if one thing has to take its stand, then some awful old-fashioned thought has to be uprooted. We follow unique methodologies to train individuals. People are given a stand to experience what this competitive technical world wants, and individuals are given a perception of how to look and where to look for their problem is. Everything goes in a unique manner and by working them all together into a bigger picture, you can find a person who can adapt himself to updates in this competitive technical world.
We are working towards expanding our footprint across India, even to the remote areas of this subcontinent. Also, there are few parts of the world, which needs a better catalyst to bring up them, when it comes to technology in developing countries.
What is the revenue model? What is the logic behind it? What is the model you are following – Free / Freemium / Premium etc. ? Explain your thought process.
We generate revenue from the technology training and software development. For technology training we charge based on the category of training & for development we charge according to their functionality and potential of the system which client needs.
Who are the consumers that you are targeting? How is this going to affect them?
Techies, Students are our major target, we are providing turn-key solutions for them.
How did you get your first customer?
What is the big picture of your startup? Is this Product leading to something bigger? If so, how?
As a developing software company, our motto is not only to develop software and products for our end consumers, but also to fill the existing gap between students and the advancements in technology, which will in turn upgrade the technical skills of the individuals based on industrial needs. Our strength is to show the young technical minds, the current modern technical infrastructure and the futuristic project to help and provide service for humanity. By providing technical skills, we help students to make their innovation to become a reality and also by helping them to understand the need of technology in various field. In the current year, we have reached over 7,000 students and entrepreneurs of various fields and given knowledge and exposure to them in the fields they have passion and desired to work

8000 students have been trained so far with guidance towards their career.
What would be your goal to accomplish in the next six months?
To lay footprints throughout India.
