What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Main problem is that most of the service providers are not doing their work honestly. We only want to serve our clients as best as possible. Even, we are available at late night time too. You can check, all will not answer your call after 11 p.m but we have delivered services even at 2 am. So we are doing our work very honestly & dedicatedly. One of the incident happened with us. We stuck for 7 hours on a highway. That frustration is the main reason for starting RepairGali. Also we are working on new innovation in this field. RepairGali is stop for all the services related to vehicle ( Bike and Car) & Home Appliances. We take your worries away, our service rates are very Economical and we build Trust with our Customers by delivering high Quality Service & Satisfaction.

What is your mission?
Our Mission is to provide ON-ROAD maintenance and repairing service to customers in minimum time at affordable price with full satisfaction.
Who are the consumers that you are targeting? How is this going to affect them?
Basically, our main target is small town but we started from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. In future we are targeting small towns and rural areas because mostly the people from small towns and rural areas don’t have options. We will provide them our services.
Explain how you went about the Product-Market Fit Process.
We reached to many societies and got feedback about our product. Even every Sunday we reach to many customers for their reviews.
How did you get your first customer?
My first customer was from Minal residency Bhopal. I even know that address till now. We got it from our pamphlet that we give in newspapers.
Please tell us about the founders:
We are 3 co-founders.
1) Anant Aditya – BE from Oriental College of Technology. Anant is a Founder & CEO of RepairGali.
2) Meetu Prajapati – BE from Oriental Institute of Sci. & Tech. Meetu is a Co-founder and Marketing Analyst of RepairGali. She has completed her Bachelor Of engineering degree in field of Computer science.
3) Atul Singh Yadav – BE from Oriental College of technology. Atul is a co-founder of RepairGali. Currently he is Head of Operations and seeing the possibility to expand the RepairGali in Gwalior.
The main story behind starting a RepairGali is full of frustrations. Actually in the year 2015, I was going with my family by a Car. It was a long journey. In the middle of the journey, we decided to refill our tank. Accidentally, the man filled the car with diesel. Our car was petrol version. when we came out of the city, after 20 km our engine got seized. We call the 24 hr support customer service of the car brand. First they told us to wait for half an hour. After half an hour we called again but they didn’t replied.After two hour they called and said hat they had no mechanics available at that time. They told us that we have got wrong fuel. The whole 7 hr process frustrated me so much. I decided that i will solve this problem.
Give us a brief background of what founders were doing before starting the venture.
We all were studying and pursuing our degree. We started when we all were in college.
Please let us know about your core team members
We are group of 8 member in which we 3 are founders and 5 are employees.
How did you get the initial capital?
We invested from our monthly pocket money. Vipul Bhawsar is our friend who helped us so much. He even designed our website for free. And from heart we all from Team RepairGali thanks him for his kind support. We tied up with one auto-parts store SuperAuto spare parts.
What were your assumptions when you entered the market, learnings that you have?
We assumed only two things. First we may fail but we will never give up on this. Secondly we thought running a startup may be easier.
What challenges did you face when you were starting out?
The main challenge was that we didn’t know anything about entrepreneurship.
No idea about technical components of startups. But with passion and full confidence we started.
What is the revenue model?
Our revenue is basically dependent in the parts and accessories that we provide to customers. We provide affordable services.
What is the big picture of your startup? Is this Product leading to something bigger?
We are creating a life. Yes, the product is leading to a bigger platform.
What is the strength of the startup and the scale of operations? Who do You Perceive as Your Competition?
We have huge competition. Now a days every car agency provides service. Even Mahindra has launched its venture but we work honestly & dedicatedly. Hence, we know we will rise one day.
What would be your goal to accomplish in the next six months?
We are planning to expand RepairGali in January, 2017
What message do you want to convey to fellow entrepreneurs?
Only one thing – Be Patient and forget money.
