ekincare Elevates Somak Ray to Co-founder Amid Global Expansion Plans

Delhi | August 19, 2025 — ekincare, India’s leading corporate health benefits platform, has announced the elevation of Somak Ray from Vice President – Operations to Co-founder, reinforcing its leadership team as the company enters a new phase of global expansion.

In his expanded role, Somak will spearhead operational scale-up, strategic partnerships, and new market development—both in India and internationally.

Since joining ekincare in 2016, Somak has played a pivotal role in building the company’s operational backbone. His contributions include:

  • Leading India’s largest cashless COVID-19 vaccination initiative
  • Expanding the cashless provider network to over 50,000 partners
  • Launching new service lines that diversified revenue and enhanced market presence
