August 2025 – GetWork, India’s leading AI-powered instant hiring platform, has posted record-breaking growth as enterprises increasingly adopt intelligent hiring solutions. The company has established itself as the country’s fastest-scaling HRTech firm, with AI solutions now contributing 57% of total revenues in FY26, up from 46% in FY25.

Exceptional Growth Momentum

GetWork achieved remarkable 2.25x year-on-year growth in FY25, surpassing the previous year’s 2.1x trajectory. This momentum has accelerated into FY26, with the first quarter delivering the highest growth in company history.

“This exceptional performance reflects the trust our clients place in us and the value AI is delivering at scale,” said Rahul Veerwal, Founder & CEO of GetWork. “We’re rapidly becoming the go-to hiring ecosystem for both fresh graduates and enterprises.”

AI-Powered Transformation at Scale

The company’s AI solutions have processed over 8.2 lakh AI calls and 1.4 lakh AI assessments across enterprise and campus deployments. This technological foundation has driven significant business expansion:

  • Enterprise growth: Client base expanded by nearly 80% in FY25
  • Revenue per client: Corporate ARPU surged over 200% year-on-year
  • Sector expansion: From BFSI, retail, and quick-commerce to technology, manufacturing, edtech, deeptech, and AI verticals

“AI has moved from being an enabler to the very foundation of hiring,” Veerwal explained. “The scale of adoption we’re witnessing proves that intelligent hiring is no longer a future trend—it’s the present.”

Strategic Leadership Expansion

To support its next growth phase, GetWork has appointed three industry veterans:

  • Dr. Anuj Kacker: Leading AI-driven innovations with over 40 years of experience, including two decades at Aptech Ltd.
  • Chirag Mittal: Serial entrepreneur and IIT Kanpur alumnus driving product innovation, previously founder of Gigforce
  • Bhavna Chaddha: Strategic HR Manager with 17 years of experience across Sago, Golden Tulip Hotels, and Metro Hospitals

Strong Financial Foundation

GetWork successfully raised ₹9.81 crore in a CCD round from marquee investors including Raay Investments (Amit Patni Family Office), DSP Mutual Funds, Neo Wealth Advisors, Samarthya Investments, Artha Venture Fund, and Artha Continuum Fund. The company is preparing to raise a $5 million Series A by December 2025, with strong international investor interest.

The platform has achieved a significant milestone as the fastest AI-powered hiring platform to reach $1M ARR within 12 months of launch.

Global Expansion Strategy

GetWork’s international footprint is expanding rapidly:

European Market: Secured contracts with Swiss companies including MyEntourage, Superme, FindaTutor, and SmartHelio.

Domestic Partnerships: Signed a landmark MoU with MEPSC Sector Skill Council to upskill management professionals and boost campus placements nationwide. New university partnerships include Lead College (Kerala) and Assam University, Silchar.

White-Label Solutions: Successful SaaS deployments for Aptech, MAAC, Arena Animation, and MyEntourage in Switzerland.

Future Outlook

With AI adoption accelerating and international expansion underway, GetWork targets ₹25 crore ARR in FY26. The company aims to build the world’s most intelligent hiring ecosystem—making hiring instant, efficient, and globally accessible.
