Manas began his entrepreneurial journey in college, launching his first venture while still a student. He later held key roles at organizations like Shuttl, WheelsEye, and Fella Homes, gaining hands-on experience in marketing and operations. His three-year tenure as a Mentor for Change with NITI Aayog deepened his commitment to nurturing innovation-driven ecosystems.
In 2021, along with Aditya Darolia, Manas co-founded PedalStart to solve a major problem in the Indian startup landscape: the lack of real-world, execution-focused support for early-stage entrepreneurs. Today, PedalStart connects aspiring founders with experienced mentors, ex-entrepreneurs, domain experts, and investors to co-build viable businesses from the ground up.
