New Delhi, November 5, 2026: Procol, an AI-native procurement and finance platform managing more than $30 billion in enterprise spend, has announced the India launch of Clara 2.0, its next-generation multi-agent source-to-pay platform.
The platform will be officially introduced to Indian enterprises at Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026, scheduled to take place from November 16–18 at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty.
The announcement follows Clara 2.0’s global debut at DPW Amsterdam in October.
Reimagining Enterprise Procurement and Finance
For years, procurement and finance teams have managed multiple disconnected systems, often resulting in manual intervention, fragmented workflows, delayed sourcing cycles, and lengthy invoice reconciliation processes.
According to Procol, Clara 2.0 is designed to address these challenges by connecting existing enterprise tools through a unified multi-agent architecture that orchestrates procurement and finance workflows from source to payment.
Rather than replacing existing ERP systems, the platform is designed to operate alongside them, enabling connected execution across functions.
Gaurav Baheti, Founder & CEO, Procol, said: “Procurement and finance leaders are tired of buying software that creates more administrative work.”
He added: “We built Clara 2.0 because enterprises do not just need another dashboard. They need autonomous agents that can negotiate a contract, run a compliance check, and reconcile an invoice, escalating to a person only where the decision genuinely warrants it.”
Highlighting the significance of the India launch, Baheti further said: “Indian CIOs have spent a decade digitising procurement and finance separately. What we are showing in Kochi is what happens when the same agents work across both.”
Clara 2.0’s Multi-Agent Architecture
Clara 2.0 introduces a series of specialised AI agents designed to automate and coordinate complex enterprise workflows.
Intake AI Agent
Transforms plain-language purchasing requests into complete procurement workflows with relevant approvals and business data automatically attached.
Autonomous Sourcing Agent
Manages:
- RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
- RFPs (Requests for Proposal)
- E-auctions
The agent evaluates supplier bids across commercial and technical parameters while managing negotiation cycles with minimal human intervention.
Supplier Risk and Monitoring Agent
Automates supplier onboarding while continuously tracking:
- Compliance requirements
- Operational risks
- Supplier performance indicators
AI Spend Control Tower
Provides finance teams with:
- Real-time spend visibility
- Budget variance monitoring
- Savings opportunity identification
- Enterprise-wide expenditure insights
Orchestration Engine
Acts as the coordination layer between multiple agents and existing ERP environments, facilitating seamless workflow transitions without duplicate data entry.
Accounts Payable Concierge
Automates:
- Three-way invoice matching
- Invoice validation
- Exception handling
- Approval routing
to improve accounts payable efficiency and reduce processing bottlenecks.
Integration with Existing Enterprise Systems
A key feature of Clara 2.0 is its ability to integrate with existing enterprise systems through two-way data synchronization.
This design allows organizations to leverage AI-driven process automation while continuing to use their existing ERP infrastructure as the system of record.
According to Procol, the connected execution enabled by Clara has reduced procurement cycle times by as much as 80% across its customer base.
Live Demonstrations in Kochi
Procol will conduct live demonstrations of Clara 2.0 during Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026 at Booth #510, providing attendees with an opportunity to experience the platform’s multi-agent capabilities across procurement and finance workflows.
