Redcliffe Labs Scales Healthcare Access Across Bharat with ₹419 Cr Revenue Surge

Redcliffe Labs expanded its national footprint to over 80 laboratories and built India’s most extensive home sample collection network, enabling diagnostic services for more than 2.5 million patients during FY25.

India, July 8, 2025 — Redcliffe Labs, India’s fastest-growing omnichannel diagnostics provider, reported a 20% year-on-year revenue growth for FY25, reaching ₹419 crore, up from ₹350 crore in FY24. This performance reflects the company’s aggressive expansion strategy and its deepening reach into underserved regions.

Now operating more than 80 diagnostic labs and running India’s largest home sample collection network, Redcliffe Labs delivered testing services to over 2.5 million patients in FY25 alone—largely from Tier 2 cities and smaller towns. Today, more than 70% of the company’s testing volume originates beyond metro markets.

Cities like Prayagraj, Amritsar, Raipur, Shimla, Jamshedpur, Moradabad, and Dibrugarh have seen improved access to timely diagnostics, reducing dependence on distant urban facilities. Over 1.8 million samples were collected from non-metro regions, and the customer base in these areas expanded by 27%, underscoring a growing demand for accessible and affordable diagnostic care.

Redcliffe Labs also reported solid financial metrics for the year:

  • Gross margin exceeded 70% in FY25, with a target of 75% in FY26
  • EBITDA losses narrowed significantly from -38% to -21%, placing the company on track to turn EBITDA-positive each quarter by the latter half of FY26
  • FY26 revenue target is set at ₹560 crore, driven by organic growth and strategic acquisitions

“Our mission has always been to democratize healthcare,” said Aditya Kandoi, Founder & CEO, Redcliffe Labs. “Reaching deeper into Bharat with reliable diagnostics is not just about scaling—it’s about building trust and transforming preventive care across India.”

Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its footprint to 100 labs and over 220 cities by the end of FY26, and to 150 labs across 300+ cities by FY28.

With a 2,500+ strong team and ongoing investments in technology, training, and logistics, Redcliffe Labs continues to position itself at the forefront of India’s diagnostic revolution—anchored in its core values of affordability, accessibility, and awareness.
