Brief background of what founders were doing before starting the venture
Before Starting his venture, Nitinn was working as HR & OD Professional in Construction, Manufacturing and Hotel Industry. Last position holed was Group Head HR & Talent Management with Jatan Contructions. He worked with firms like VGL Group, Gammon India & Taj Group Of Hotel.

Sachin Sagar: He handles all IT infrastructure of NWCJOBS. A technocrat with 6+ years of experience effective strategic IT planning and oversight of IT performance.

What is the problem you are trying to solve? 
Unemployment and poor accessibility of Jobs for Low Skilled Workers. Industries doesn’t have any effective platform where they can hire labour for their businesses.

What challenges did you face when you were starting out? 
Basic Challenge was “how do you do outreach to the jobseeker population that are not traditionally digitally connected?”

Naukri-Wale.com leverages the power of mobile technology to quickly connect employers to well qualified job seekers and workers to jobs. In just a minute Recruiters can create profile and with harnesses the power of mobile to web , it allow employers to post their jobs through the web, which is easy and these targeted job post is delivered directly to job seekers. This focus-driven initiative is again targeted solely to the less serviced sector of blue-collar workers.

What were your assumptions when you entered the market, learning that you have? 
Most businesses are started when founder feel the existing pain or gap in the market. Well myself from HR background, I went on my past experience when I used to struggle a lot in recruiting low skilled workers. As any other HR I used to depend on consultants –that proven to be a costly affair, word of mouth- that was time consuming and sometime find irrelevant, lastly newspaper advertisement-again a time consuming process with no guarantee of position closure with relevant candidates.

I entered into the market seeking this gap with no-bridge to cover. During this I learn both Employer & Job seeker looks for a simple platform that is transparent, fast & effective.

What is the insight that you have about this market, which no one else has? Uniqueness about your Startup. 
NWCJOBS’s USP is its innovative technology-backed solutions that solve the problem of recruitment focusing in a largely unstructured segment (entry-level, blue-collar and informal sector jobs) in a number of ways. With its in-build simple algorithm job seeker can showcase their skills, connect with the right jobs without uploading any resume, this makes the entire process quick, effective and convenient for both job seekers and recruiters.

What is the strength of the startup and the scale of operations? Who do You Perceive as Your Competition? 
Well, we have received a good response since inception. On latest updates – 10,000 users added in last 3 months and its adding on. Receive 300 queries daily. NWCJOBS will become more relevant in the future as we are developing more and better ways for jobseekers to access NWCJOBS from their phones as we see a positive trend in increasing the number of mobile phone users and the number youth entering the work force in India. Currently we are covering Rajasthan, Delhi/NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and Mumbai.

What is the revenue model? What is the logic behind it? What is the model you are following – Free / Freemium / Premium etc. ? Explain your thought process.

Who are the consumers that you are targeting? How is this going to affect them? 
All Small & Medium Size Businesses and all those people who are low skilled, literate or illiterate.

How did you get your first customer? 
It was through Industrial Professional Reference.

What is the big picture of your startup? Is this Product leading to something bigger? If so, how? 
Yes, We See our self as most preferred market place to hire industrial / office staff in India.

Serve 2000 more SME’s clients by connecting them relevant candidates as fast as in 24 hours.

What message do you want to convey to fellow entrepreneurs? 
Under stand the need or problem first, then design solution as per the consumer convenience.
