I am an entrepreneur from Chandigarh, Founder of Jugat.net, having 15 years of extensive experience with Business Intelligence & Development, Analysis, Operations, CRM, & Service Assurance in IT/BPO domain.`

I have 15 years of extensive experience with IT/BPO Industry in Business Intelligence & Development, Analysis, BPO operations, CRM, & service assurance.
- Project Manager- Wealth Creator Reality Service “April” 2016 – Nov 2016. Research and Development of Mobile App, Retail Chain and BPOs (other new Projects).
- Operations Manager with Bharat BPO – March’ 2014- ‘Sep’ 2015. Projects : Spice Mobile, Spice Safar, Spice Hotspot, Tech Mahindra (Saral Rozgar), Guardian Health Care, Mobomoney, Disney and Zipdial.
- Spice Digital. Ltd. (Mohali) as Manager – Product Innovations & Business Development & Intelligence. ‘Aug’ 2007 to ‘March’ 2013. Projects – Live Aarti,Regional Radio, Chun Management Portal, Customer Engagement offers , SMS 56300 Services , Voice chat, Pandit service, many other small projects.
- Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Manager Operations – Operations & Business Development; The company is engaged in the BPO process of Bharti Airtel Ltd., Shimla. January’ 2007 to ‘August’ 2007.
- Competent Synergies Pvt. Ltd. (Mohali) as a Team Leader. – Operations & Quality; The company is engaged in the BPO process of HFCL Infotel Ltd. September’ 2004 to January’ 2007.

What is the problem you are trying to solve? Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem?
“The National Mental Health Survey has point to the huge burden of mental health problems; while, nearly 150 million Indians need mental health care services, less than 30 million are seeking care, the mental health systems assessment indicate not just a lack of public health strategy but also several under-performing components”.
That effectively means that a rise in Mental health is a very real threat that could affect the country’s denizens and economy over a period of time.
What challenges did you face when you were starting out?
No Such Challenges, Just wanted to reduce the gap between Stressed person and Psychology Expert and make people aware that ” Its ok to Ask for help”.
In actual we always needed an Impartial, Mature and Healthy discussion, to take corrective decisions and actions.
How did you get the initial capital?
I used my provident fund to invest in my startup.

“Jugat.net” recently launched voice based an online Psychology Expert Service Named as “Feel Free”. Here we tried to reduce the gap between Stressed person and Psychology Expert.

Life is all about Problems and its Solutions. Experts will calmly listen their concerns and accordingly provide an emotional support and help him/her to understand the other aspect of life and try to build his acceptance and positive approach, towards non favourable people and situations.

What were your assumptions when you entered the market, learning that you have?
No one is using Paytm Platform that much effectively. I am having good experience already Manged similar format of online services. Nearly 150 million Indians need mental health care services, less than 30 million are seeking care.

Shy people don’t visit expert – Its an online voice based service, where user can contact experts at anytime (during working hours). Cost for Psychology expert is very reasonable (Affordable for Middle Class) – User needs to pay 100 Rs through Paytm ( PayTM 100 Rs to our Service number 7307771188), Professional counselors, it would cost you 2000- 4000 Rs. Easy to Pay through Paytm – After Demonetization counts of Paytm users are drastically increased. Easy to approach. Easy to Afford
What is the strength of the startup and the scale of operations? Who do You Perceive as Your Competition?
According to “National Mental Health” Survey, nearly 150 million Indians need mental health care services, less than 30 million are seeking care. here we need to make people aware that its OK to ask for help from Psychology Expert. My Competitors would help to spread awareness among the people.
What is the revenue model? What is the logic behind it?
Its a 100 Rs online Service where user gets 30 minutes to talk to Psychology Experts ( 24 hours validity), Professional and qualified experts are associated with us, after completion of call we transfer the revenue share of Psychology expert. Using high level architecture. Cloud Telephony System Uses Amazon servers. Technology: Google Cloud Platform
Who are the consumers that you are targeting? How is this going to affect them?
- Person who are stressed and Depressed.
- Advantages to users.
- Help them to come out from Stress, anxiety and depression.
- Reduce user’s mental Pressure.

Just launched the Service, it too early to answer this question, but yes its a huge number of people who need help. To support this service, few more voice based services are under developments.
What would be your goal to accomplish in the next six months?
To get 10000 users on board.
