The uniqueness of our Startup are user friendly (instructions are provided to framers through SMS in understandable languages) and economically viable for farmers. We have expertise in field of modern and advance farming so that provided instruction will help farmer to improve the way of farming.

What is the revenue model? What is the logic behind it? What is the model you are following – Free / Freemium / Premium etc. ? Explain your thought process.
We will generate revenue through individual farmers initially. After 2 year, we are planing to join with NGOs and INGOs to expand our sell throughout northern part of India. The logic behind our revenue model is that initially the revenue generated through individual farmers are spent in research and development sector so that we can improve our service and add more features to give easy and more convenient method to farmer. Our model is of one time payment because we charge for our product but we give free services to farmers. Farmers are poor so we will provide service with out subscription.

Who are the consumers that you are targeting? How is this going to affect them?
At initial phase we are targeting vegetable farmers only and after 5 years we are planing to target fruits farmers as well. Through our product, farmers will be able to increase their production and improve the method of farming.

What is the big picture of your startup? Will it lead to something bigger? If so, how?
We are planning to target all farmer of all over India. Initially , we target vegetable farmers, after 5 years we will expand our services to fruits farmers and after 9 years we are planning to extend to farmers who cultivate crops as well. We want to improve the economic condition of farmers and make them use tech-savvy so that procedure of farming is improved to generate high quality and quantity agricultural products.

What is the success story of your startup in your own words?
The various challenges that we faced were , first of all the team building is a challenging task and it should be done by considering every aspect possible. Secondly, making farmers understand our solution because our solution was changing their day-to-day behavior which is traditional way of farming that they have been practicing for so long. We spent time with some of the farmers and understand their problems and emotions and to built trust and we explained them how our solution would help them.

Lastly, marketing is challenge and we overcame it with the help of proper mentoring and guidance. We want to change the life of Indian farmers and generate smile in their face which they deserve .
