Tajurba Business Network - SME IPO Workshop

New Delhi, 23rd December 2024: Tajurba Business Network, India’s premier platform dedicated to training and empowering entrepreneurs and business owners, recently hosted a transformative SME IPO Workshop at “HOME” in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. The event, aimed at equipping SME owners with the knowledge and guidance to list on the SME exchange, saw over 100 SME owners from diverse industries come together to learn and engage. The workshop was led by the esteemed founders of Tajurba Business Network, Suresh Mansharamani and Uma Mansharamani, who highlighted key shifts occurring in the entrepreneurial landscape.

The workshop featured insightful sessions from notable experts, including Pankal Passi, from Narnolia, a merchant banking firm, and Tanuj Kumar, a renowned investment banker. Pankal Passi provided a comprehensive breakdown of the SME IPO process, covering the financial and legal regulations involved, while Tanuj Kumar delved into the practical steps to be taken in the pre-IPO process. Their sessions were invaluable in helping SME owners understand the essential foundations required to successfully navigate the SME exchange.

One of the highlights of the event was the presentation by Chirag Sharma, founder of Drone Nation, India’s first drone company to be listed on the NSE. In an inspiring session, he shared his entrepreneurial journey, including how he raised an impressive INR 44 crore through an IPO and led the company to a remarkable valuation of INR 500 crore in a short time. His success story served as a powerful example of how effective IPO management can drive rapid growth and success.

Reflecting on the workshop’s objectives, Suresh Mansharamani, Founder of Tajurba, stated, “The SME Exchange provides a vital platform for businesses to scale and raise the capital they need for growth.
