He is passionate about people and networking. A LinkedIn enthusiast, a strong believer that nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day we bet on people, not on strategies. People First.
He has more than 15 years of experience in Travel & Hospitality. He has been spearheading Sales/ Marketing & Operations functions to deliver a full life cycle of Travel, Air Charters, Corporate Travel Management, Cruises, Visa Facilitation, International Hotels and Residence booking experience.
He has keen focus on Lead Generation, Conversion, Process Re-engineering to generate desired top and bottom lines. His in-depth knowledge of the Travel and Aviation businesses coupled with his strong grasp of IT fundamentals has helped clients achieve expected business outcomes through the timely and process-centric intervention of Technology.
What is the problem you are trying to solve?
In the times when the real estate is out of reach; we tend to disrupt the market by becoming a new asset class in commercial realty. In an overcrowded city where rentals and maintenance costs are high, even companies are moving branches into co-working spaces. While maintaining an aura of professionalism, co-working spaces offer flexibility, convenience and technology at minimal cost; they allow users to network and benefit from their proximity and shared spaces.
Affordability, in the reach of people, Plug and play offices are the few names of this model.
What is the uniqueness about your Startup?
After 15 years of working in Technical Hiring and recruiting, we wanted to do something similar of what we do and that is “People” and we ventured in a coworking space and that was the point we could be proud in saying “I always wanted to be around people. So everyone who works on a project is an empowerer”.
Location preference: We had chosen a location where the metro station is just 70 Mts, have a car parking in front of the office, lot of eating joints and street food nearby. All major banks at walking distance.
Interiors: We believe in giving more than the market standards at a lesser price. Our offices have a state of the art look, building an atmosphere that is motivational to you, helps to stretch a last mile.
What is the revenue model? Explain your thought process.
We believe in a shared revenue where few companies are paying by the seat, its a pay as you go model where you prepay for your services and enjoy all the office amenities for free. We believe in all inclusive rates and delivering a peace of mind to our community for not getting overcharged and seamless services. Charging enough to be able to deliver the value that the customers deserves is our motto. You may measure a space by counting empty seats/occupancy levels for a space.
Who are the consumers that you are targeting? How is this going to affect them?
We are looking for Small Medium Enterprise & Startups to expand in our spaces. We provide many services like high speed internet, Print/Scan/Copy, Complimentary Tea/Coffee, Virtual Office, Conference /Meeting room, Power backup, Metro Connectivity (70 mtrs), Strategy Mentorship & Events & Bose music system.
All services are to be used by all community members as we are an equal opportunity provider.
We want our members to pair up there phones to the bose music systems, listen to your favorite music while rapping up the day. A feel good factor for people not taking the stress at home.
What is the big picture of your startup?
We will build a consortium of like domain companies and build a capability by the name on each floor as “Empowerers Education”, another floor as “Empowerers IT”. We are doing very small things for people and those small things leads in a big benefit to people. Building capability and maturity centers all across South Delhi.
What is the success story of your startup in your own words?
We were very much inclined to open a swanky office as our founding space, we had to built our capability in this and community for growth, we had to enroll into a digital marketing course to make this happen and we are now Google/Facebook certified Digital marketeer. To run a business we should know about digital marketing techniques, to check over our employees are they doing a fantastic job. Our website (www.empowerers.city) we built it during our course assignment, optimized after sometime. We are still learning how to do business however we work on human value and value the human effort to reaching to this stage. We empower the one who chooses to work in Empowerers.

We are a young and motivated group of people, believe more in giving services a mix of Recruitment and Hospitality, a perfect output of a seasoned space.
