Arpan Jain, Founder and CEO – Zipker Online Services Pvt. Ltd.

I, Arpan Jain, the founder of the company, am a well-educated and highly skilled IT professional. If we talk in particular, I have a great exposure of working overseas approximately 8 years in total, 5 years in Australia and 3 years in South Africa. I was designated as a Programmer and during my tenure, I have been a quick learner, enthusiastic and highly progressive IT professional.

I always had a dream to work independently as an entrepreneur, so I started Zipker in May 2015. Ever since I started the company, I am working hard on it to fulfill my dream.

What is the uniqueness about your Startup?
Yes, we claim to be unique and different than our competitors because we strongly do believe in keeping our customers happy and satisfied instead just making money from them. We provide free gifts with around 40% of our quality ethnic wear products. When we say free gifts, these might include matching jewelry, accessories and so on.

What is the revenue model? Explain your thought process.

Revenue model is freemium (premium products with free gifts). Obviously, free gifts always attract women customers for making more and more purchase on ethnic wear. It keeps us in business and leaves them happy altogether.

Who are the consumers that you are targeting? How is this going to affect them?
We approach Indian girls and women that come under the age group of 18-35. Our objective is to provide them high quality ethnic products at reasonable prices that are hard to resist.

This Ecommerce Startup Provides Exclusive Indian Ethnic Wear Online With Over 80k Ethnic Products and Accessories

What is the big picture of your startup? Will it lead to something bigger? If so, how?
Yes, by the end of this year, we are planning to get 5000 daily orders. Definitely, it will be a great deal for our business and we will be able to leave our competitors far behind.

Any other information about your startup that you would like to share with us.
Around half million happy customers have been served by Zipker and has started its own brand in order to get more number of quality products. And to scale up its business, Zipker is about to get undisclosed amount of funding.

Our primary objective is to provide high quality products to our valuable customers at affordable prices. Moreover, we claim to be precise and transparent in our terms and conditions so that customers may not feel cheated after making purchase with us.

Thanks Mr. Jain. Best of luck!
