New Delhi, 23 December 2024: The Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO) Delhi, in collaboration with the M3M Foundation, proudly hosted the Triveni Awards on 19th December 2024 at Vishwa Yuvak Kendra, New Delhi. Supported by Thinkthrough Consulting (TTC), CSR Universe, and DOCC-SPJIMR as esteemed collaborators, the event served as a milestone in promoting entrepreneurship and empowering social innovators, especially women entrepreneurs, across India.

Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson of YFLO Delhi, expressed her enthusiasm for the initiative, stating, “The Triveni Awards has been an inspiring celebration of innovation and impact. It has showcased how collaborations and visionary initiatives can bring about meaningful change in communities across India. We are proud to partner with the M3M Foundation in empowering change-makers, particularly women entrepreneurs, who are pioneering sustainable and inclusive solutions. This event has been successful in fostering a culture of innovation and social impact, and we believe it will pave the way for a brighter future for our country.”

The Triveni Awards 2024 aimed to recognize and support social entrepreneurs who are addressing key challenges in their communities, including agrarian issues, employment generation, and sustainability. Through customized grants ranging from INR 5 to 10 Lakhs, the initiative provided critical resources and visibility for innovators to scale their ventures.

Out of over 200 applications, 35+ social enterprises participated in the event, with 10 finalists selected to present their elevator pitches to the esteemed jury during the final round. The finalists included Navbodhi Agri Solutions LLP, Krishi Solutions LLP, Social Asset Foundation, Krishikala, Farmer’s Aura, Sinchan, Ladakhi Women’s Travel Company, Pride Business Network Foundation, and Prem Samriddhi Foundation. Following a rigorous Q&A session led by a distinguished nine-member jury, three enterprises emerged as winners: Farmer’s Aura, Krishikala, and Prem Samriddhi Foundation. Each winner received a grant of INR 7 Lakhs to further their impactful work.

The event also featured two insightful panel discussions that brought together top professionals from entrepreneurship, innovation, and governance. The first panel focused on “The Power of Collaboration: Building Synergies Among Society, Government, and Market in Driving Social Innovation and Achieving SDG Goals,” while the second discussed “Empowering Grassroots Innovation: Bridging the Urban-Rural Gap in Social Entrepreneurship.”

The first panel included Dr. Chandrika Parmar, Director of DOCC, SPJIMR, Mumbai, alongside distinguished panellists Ms. Shipra Mishra, CEO of DRIIV; Ms. Mercy Epao, representing MSME Ministry; Mr. Santanu Chakraborty, CEO of Bal Raksha Bharat; Mr. Rajesh Mukhija, Former CSR Head at Hero Motocorp; and Mr. Vimlendu Jha, CEO of Green The Map. The second panel was moderated by Mr. Parul Soni and featured Mr. Amit Shukla, Dr. Adwait Hebbar, Mr. Ayush Kumar, Mr. Rajesh Jain, Mr. Mohammed Asif, and Ms. Kehkashan Alam.

The event also witnessed the unveiling of the Triveni Compendium, a collection of inspiring stories, lessons learned, and the program’s journey. In collaboration with YFLO Delhi, the M3M Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to honor the journey of each participant while continuing to support growth, mentorship, and capacity building for all social enterprises involved in the Triveni Awards initiative.

The closing remarks were delivered by prominent dignitaries, including Ms. Kanta Singh (DCR, UN Women India), Dr. Jaijit Bhattacharya (Founder & CEO, Zerone Microsystems Pvt. Ltd.), and Ms. Mallika Pandey. Their insights on women’s inclusivity, waste management, and successful innovation added depth to the event’s narrative.
