October 2026: AG Poly Packs Pvt. Ltd., a rigid plastic packaging manufacturer with consolidated revenue of approximately ₹300 crore in FY2025-26, has announced the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary AG Petuela Pvt. Ltd. into the parent company.
The move follows strong growth at AG Petuela’s manufacturing facility in Umbergaon, Gujarat, where annual revenue has increased from approximately ₹18 crore at the time of acquisition in September 2024 to around ₹48 crore currently, representing growth of nearly 2.7 times in two years.
Umbergaon Growth Driven by Capacity Expansion and Technology Integration

- Higher utilisation levels
- Integration with AG Poly Packs’ technology and operational processes
The acquisition also expanded the group’s capabilities by adding:

- Multilayer Packaging Technologies
In addition, injection moulding capacity at the Umbergaon facility has doubled since the acquisition.

Operations Across Three States to Come Under One Entity
The latest merger follows the earlier integration of Midas Poly Packs Pvt. Ltd. into AG Poly Packs.
Together, these strategic moves bring the group’s manufacturing operations across:
- Uttar Pradesh
- Gujarat
- Himachal Pradesh
under a single corporate structure.
The company expects the unified entity to:
- Simplify regulatory and compliance processes
- Enable more efficient movement of working capital between facilities
- Provide customers and lenders with one operating entity and a single set of financial statements
- Improve financial visibility and operational efficiency
Gaurav Daga, Managing Director, AG Poly Packs, said: “Umbergaon shows how we create value: buy the right capability, invest in capacity, and bring it up to group standards. Bringing all our plants into one company means our customers deal with one partner, and our balance sheet is ready for what comes next. We are building towards ₹750 crore by 2030 through organic growth, new product platforms and selective acquisitions. A unified structure makes each of those faster.”
Building Foundations for the Next Growth Phase
Alongside the corporate consolidation, AG Poly Packs has strengthened several strategic growth initiatives, including:
- Expansion of its in-house R&D capabilities
- Development of an in-house tool room for faster mould development
- Enhanced focus on international markets
The company has also launched Project Infinity, a long-term growth initiative expected to contribute approximately ₹150 crore in revenue by 2030.
Targeting ₹750 Crore Revenue by 2030
AG Poly Packs is targeting a revenue milestone of approximately ₹750 crore by 2030, supported by:
- Organic growth

- New product platforms
