Bengaluru, October 28, 2026: Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL), a renewable energy engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions provider, has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for a 450 MWp solar power project in Bikaner district, Rajasthan, scheduled for completion in FY2027-28. The LoA has been awarded by a leading domestic independent power producer and is not a related-party transaction.
Under the contract, WRTL will undertake complete turnkey execution of the project, including design, engineering, inspection, procurement, supply, delivery, erection, testing, and commissioning.
Expanding Presence in Rajasthan’s Solar Market
The latest project strengthens WRTL’s position in Rajasthan, one of India’s most significant renewable energy markets and a major hub for utility-scale solar development. The Bikaner project further expands the company’s execution pipeline in the state while adding momentum to its growing order book.

Builds on Strong Project Momentum
The LoA follows several recent project awards secured by WRTL, including:
- 800 MWac (1,109 MWp) of solar capacity
- 291 MWp solar project paired with 280 MWh of battery storage
Both projects are also scheduled for completion during FY2027-28.
With this addition, WRTL’s unexecuted order book now exceeds ₹5,500 crore, providing strong visibility for future growth.
