Q.: What is the problem you are trying to solve? Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem?
Ans:The major problem in today’s world is transparency, an element of doubt is still there, when a customer orders a product from online portals. So, I are trying to solve the problem by creating a Black and White Ecommerce Model for the Apparels World.

Q.: Tell us about the Product / Solution. Explain how you In about the Product-Market Fit Process.
Ans:Here I am again stressing on the Black & White ecommerce model which states that –

• Rewards Policy for the loyal customers

Q.: What is your USP?
Ans: Created a black and white ecommerce model with a motto of “What you see is what you buy”

Ans: Bootstrap

Q.: What are your assumptions when you entered the market, learning that you have? Who in your mind is your ideal customer? Do you have atleast one of them signed up?
Ans: For me the ideal customer is the one who satiates it’s need of apparels. Here I are targeting the customers and I have defined the apparels, after carefully articulating the needs of the customers.

Q.: What has been your biggest failure as an entrepreneur and what did you learn from it??
Ans: No failure yet but I did faced some challenges like:
The challenges being a founder I faced were:

  1. Hiring committed people: This was one of the biggest challenges I faced, though it did not tarnished my spirits at all and I kept on trying just like King Bruce and now I have succeeded a bit, after working hard on this persisting situation.
  2. Updating knowledge on a daily basis: As a founder, I am paranoid about the diminishing B2B industry and uprise of the DIGITAL MARKET (B2C) segment. And we are well aware that we must be we must be well aware of the changing world and also one has to be well versed with the latest technology and I also read all the latest articles on current affairs and economics, to keep myself updated.

Q.: How are you pricing the Product? What is the logic behind it? What is the model you are following – Free / Freemium / Premium etc. ? Explain your thought process.
Ans:
I aim at keeping the prices low.At Apparelsnyou, I aim at providing all the major Apparels brands viz, Levis, Pepe, Wrangler, Biba and many more under one roof and also creating a low price range and astounding buying experience for the customers.

Q.: How did you get your first customer?
Ans:
Being a ecommerce startup, we got our first customer organically, as we understand that the initial adopters of the company always plays a pivotal role, they bring in revenue and also bring in the revenue and also open the door for future purchases. For us, the number is not important as fact whoever has purchased our product will further recommend it to their friends.

Q.: Is there any interesting success story? If yes, please write about it. ?
Ans:
We will share it soon as we are currently going through one, so we need time to gather the inputs.

Q.: What is the big picture of your startup? Is this Product leading to something bigger? If so, how?
Ans:
Big picture of our startup is diversifying the ecommerce and also having new ventures in similar field.

Q.: What is the insight that you have about this market, which no one else has? Uniqueness about your Startup.
Ans:
I have seen that the ambiguity in the ecommerce world as various websites are not offering the exact picture of the product, which is being shown. So, I have created a model of “What you see is what you buy”

Q.: Who do You Perceive as Your Competition? How do you differentiate yourself with them?
Ans:
We perceive as the major apparel giants like Jabong, Myntra, and AJIO

Q.: What would be your goal to accomplish in the next six months?
Ans:
In the next six months, we want to reach the right customers at the correct time and we have plans to reach them in the stipulated time with our set goals.Our startup Apparelsnyou, has a motto of “What you see is what you buy”

Ans:
