
Gurugram – M3M Foundation has signed a landmark MoU with the District Administration, Gurugram, to launch specialized UPSC and competitive exam coaching for young women at Government College for Girls, Sector-14. The partnership represents a significant investment in women’s education and career advancement in the region.
Strategic Partnership Launch
The agreement was formalized by Dr. Aishwarya Mahajan, Managing Trustee & President of M3M Foundation, and District Collector Ajay Kumar (IAS), establishing the initiative under M3M Foundation’s flagship Kaushal Sambhal Program.
iMpower Skill Academy: A New Learning Hub
The program will operate through the newly established iMpower Skill Academy, a state-of-the-art, technology-enabled learning center specifically designed to prepare young women for:
- Civil services examinations
- State-level competitive exams
- Corporate career opportunities
Program Structure & Scale
Phase 1 Details:
- 120 aspirants selected through merit-based testing
- Priority enrollment for Government College for Girls students
- Planned expansion to serve additional students in future phases
- Regular progress monitoring through a committee led by the District Collector
