His regional market expertise, channel management experience, and multi-country leadership capabilities are expected to support SKF India (Industrial)’s expansion plans in the seals segment.

Most recently, Vaidya served as Managing Director at GF Piping Systems in Jakarta, where he led the business across mining, industrial utilities, and building technologies.

Prior to that, he spent nearly seven years with Danaher Corporation, driving growth strategy for the Water Quality Platform as Director, Business Development for South ASEAN, while also holding leadership roles at Hach India.

Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade with Sandvik Coromant and began his professional journey at Kirloskar Oil Engines.
