WeWork India strengthens its presence in Pune with Raheja Woods IT Tower opening

– Spread over 96,000+ square feet, this workspace in Kalyani Nagar boasts a 1500-desk capacity.

February 07, 2023: In furtherance of its ambitious growth plans, WeWork India, the premier provider of flexible workspaces in the country, has launched its latest facility in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar area. Occupying over 96,000 square feet of IT/ITeS space, Raheja Woods IT Tower has been developed by K Raheja Corp and was acquired through an asset-light deal, with the company leasing all five floors of the property, offering a total of 1500 desks.

Situated in one of Pune’s premier residential and commercial zones, the new building boasts convenient access to public transportation and a host of premium amenities. Designed with a distinctive layout, Raheja Woods IT Tower showcases local cultural elements in a modern and subtle fashion, with interesting finishes and cheerful colors, along with optimal lighting to enhance the overall workspace ambiance. The community bar provides a welcoming experience, with visuals showcasing the community team and providing a warm introduction to members visiting the facility for the first time.

Commenting on this announcement, Arnav S. Gusain, Chief Supply Officer, WeWork India, said, “Pune has offered quality real estate over the years leading to its emergence as one of the strongest and ideal cities for companies to set up their offices. Our intent behind opening the Raheja Woods space is to devise a workforce strategy which is built to champion flexibility. Spaces such as WeWork India allow companies to plug-and-play within their budget instead of wrestling with office layouts and fit-outs. We will continue expanding our footprint further and cater to the ever-evolving needs of our consumers and emerge as their preferred choice.”

WeWork India continues to grow its presence in Pune with the leasing of an additional floor at WTC Pune. This move highlights the growing demand for flexible workspaces in India and reinforces WeWork’s commitment to being a comprehensive provider for businesses of all sizes in the evolving workspace industry. The company’s plans for expansion in 2023 demonstrate its ambition to meet the increasing needs of businesses in the region.
