Mr. Syed Mahboob, the chairman, has been working on and off as a business owner and an entrepreneur for 25 years. In his venture of expanding his company and satiating his quest, he met the idea of growth in the form of Wolftain. Wolftain started with the idea of transforming businesses into full-fledged brands known worldwide, and is the result of tireless concepts and brainstorming right out of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Viswa Prathap. He holds an expertise of Sales, Marketing & Business Development for different companies for over 13 years. In his venture of creating a brand that is a one-stop solution for all the industry related pain points, Mr. Mohammed Wasim and Mohammed Thofiq, the current managing directors of the company joined hands to make his dream a reality. The founder of the company, along with the Managing Directors are three very different yet like-minded individuals who believe in optimization of solutions and solving each aspect of it. As founders, they are a team of alphas leading the pack sportively and diligently. Wolftain Agency Pvt. Ltd. was launched on 06/05/2019.

Q.: What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Ans: We aim to break the existing industry trends that are not providing customized services at the moment. We are trying to solve the problem of hiring different agencies for different works and the lack of communication that ultimately spoils the brand image. Our prime focus is to assist the businesses that need rebranding or are yet to start building their brand.
Q.: Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem?
Ans: With more than a decade’s experience in marketing and advertising, I understood that the industries were facing hard time to stand out in the crowd. Moreover, the solution providers are unable to fill the gap between the industry and audiences as they fail to bridge the right communication. Industries are striving to find new ways of outshining others in the market. Wolftain is here to connect the industry to its audience in a fresh manner. Our approach is different from others and is also unified.
Q.: Tell us about the Product / Solution. Explain how you went about the Product-Market Fit Process.
Ans: Wolftain stands as a one-stop solution for both online and offline services requisite for a brand to establish in the market. As a startup, we focus on giving solutions that actually solves the problems of our audience and drive commendable ROI towards them.
Q.: What is your USP?
Ans: We not only offer creative advertising, intelligent branding, strategic marketing and customized web development services but go through an extensive process of understanding the pulse of the audience and tailor-fit the services accordingly to deliver everything and anything that a customer would like to receive.
Q.: What were your assumptions when you entered the market, learning that you have? Who in your mind is your ideal customer? Do you have at least one of them signed up?
Ans: There were no assumptions. We entered the market observing the reality that the gap between the industry and their target audience is widened. So, we are here to bridge the gap. Whoever is looking to break the shackles of conventional marketing & advertising methods and give their audiences what they are looking for is our ideal customer. We believe on an audience centric solution and come up with unique strategies. Right now, we do not have a customer on-board but we’re hopeful and in the process to associate with a few brands soon.
Q.: What has been your biggest failure as an entrepreneur and what did you learn from it??
Ans: I’ve been fortunate enough to build a team and initiate work the way I’ve always dreamt of. I’m only looking forward to go miles with the same energy, and tackle any failures with similar intent for the cause that I’m working for, is bigger than any failures combined.
Q.: How are you pricing the Product? Explain your thought process.
Ans: Our pricing depends on customer’s requirements and specifications. As we provide tailor-made solutions to fit their needs, our prices cannot be put into any particular category.
Q.: How did you get your first customer?
Ans: We are on the verge of cracking our first big project in our debut industry. Our in-house works have proven to be sufficient to get us the leads.
Q.: Please tell us about the investors (if any)
Ans: The company is solely funded by its parent company “Zinnia Enterprises India Pvt. Ltd” who are in-line with the change that we envision to bring.
Q.: Is there any interesting success story? If yes, please write about it. ?
Ans: We have just started our journey of turning business into brands. Definitely, we will be creating many success stories on our way.
Q.: What is the big picture of your startup? Is this Product/service leading to something bigger? If so, how?
Ans: Wolftain is here to break the existing trends and set new standards in the industry. We provide customized package of services that brings awareness, branding, leads and sales. Our ideas will be ground-breaking for the industry and that’s the biggest picture I can ensure you of.
Q.: What is the insight that you have about this market, which no one else has? Uniqueness about your Startup.
Ans: The current scenario runs hay-wire because businesses have hard time connecting the dots between branding, marketing and advertising and juggle between agencies for the same. Wolftain promises to take care of all of the above, and anything extra that would suffice turning a business into a brand that customers rely on. Also, the market is flooded with agencies that promise to provide a viable solution to the industries to reach their audience in the best possible way. However, they are unable to give precise solutions to the audience. Our ideation is way beyond the existing practices, as we do not run behind conventional methods. We carve our own niche and find path-breaking ideas to meet the goals of our client.
Q.: List all the names of the core Team Members, along with their Designated Roles .
Ans: Sure. They are:
- Sweta Ojha – She began her journey as the Content Head of the company and is now the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of the company. I can vouch on her passion and acute understanding of the market and customers for years to come. Along with all the other innumerable expertise that she adds onto the table of work, she is also a Tedx Speaker, an author and a social activist running an NGO at the mere age of 23.
- Sharan Baluragi – As the Art Director of the company, he had with time and beyond, only helped envision our brand better and more powerful than before. Today, he stands as the COO (Chief Operations Officer) on floor for his excellent administrative and team-building skills. He is an artist, a creator, a visionary and exactly the kind who I think, brings stability and passion to the team.
- Reema Gowda – She has recently been assigned as the CEO (Chief Engineering Officer) and is ‘the woman of the company’ for technical assistance. Her hard work and grit has only bettered with every passing day to help us achieve what we claim ourselves to be in the market. As a stunning developer, she brings a lot of support to the whole team and is the most justified honorary for the role.
All three of them together are the core people involved in connecting the dots between every visionary in the company and ultimately delivering the quality that I want Wolftain to provide.
Q.: Who do You Perceive as Your Competition? How do you differentiate yourself with them?
Ans: Our competitors are not the existing marketing agencies, because we do not follow their methods. We are here to set a new trend and start a revolution in this competitive market. We devise new ways to tackle problems and offer new solutions to the clients and their audience.
Q.: What would be your goal to accomplish in the next six months?
Ans: We believe that future is unpredictable, but with the strategic study of the target market and planning, we will find future expansion for sure, and also how it is achievable.
Q.: What message do you want to convey to fellow entrepreneurs?
Ans: I believe in sending messages via actions, the only thing that I can promise as a fellow learner is that one must always trust their instincts and never back off.
